So, right now our backyard is an off limits area...
It's a lot of dirt and nothing else.
However, we are in the midst of a remodeling project that will enable us to have an outdoor play space!
Outdoor play is so important for kids of all ages for physical and mental growth and development.

At our daycare we go to the neighborhood park, typically once per week and also have some outdoor playtime with bubbles and chalk and such, in the front yard...
With winter coming, we will likely be spending more time inside and we are hoping that during this time we can be building and developing an outdoor play area that will excite and inspire the kids to have different kinds of play and enhance their daycare experience. Our goal is to raise enough by Spring 2014 to fill the new area with fun equipment for the kids.
