Day 20: Sunset
Question of the day...
Where do you think the sun goes at night?
Today we expanded on one of our sight words "and", by adding different letters before and after and sounding out new words we can make by adding letters to the sight word...
Each child got a poster of numbers 1-20 and we took turns finding numbers on the poster and counting the number of hibiscus flowers on each space...
We played the activity cube, which the kids really loved...

Hula dancing...
Last, we played a really fun game in which the kids rolled the dice and had to find crayons of the color they rolled. They were challenged to make art using only the colors they rolled each round...
