What kind of treasure would you want to hide?
We started with story sequence cards, putting them in correct order and making up the story to go along with the pictures...
Next, we worked on identifying shapes and colors, and finding items in the room of the same color by "rowing" your boat (self) to the item...
The "treasure hunt" was a big hit. The kids hid their eyes while I hid the treasure chest and then everyone worked as a team to find the treasure...
And our project of the day was a treasure map...
