Treasure Island! Day 7: Sand Castles

We started today with a fun game of memory! ...

 

 

 Then, we read a story and each child took a turn acting out the storyline, as Miss Steffanie read to the group...

Today's art was "Sand Castle Art", which the kids created from sand colored paper that they cut into various shapes and glued onto background paper. Finally, we added glue and real sand on top of the sand colored paper, giving our artwork authentic texture!
